I’m so glad you’re here! Originally from a small town in Florida, I grew up with big dreams of traveling the world and a deep love for science. After completing my undergrad, I moved to London for a year, which only fueled my love of travel. I returned to Florida, where I met my now-husband, and soon after, we moved to New Hampshire so I could complete my PhD in cancer immunology.

Life has been a whirlwind ever since! We got engaged, married in the breathtaking landscapes of Ireland, and now have three beautiful children who are my world. Becoming a parent opened my eyes to how much I want to make a positive impact on the world. We strive to reduce waste, teach our children to respect the environment, and focus on healthy, homemade foods.

With a passion for crafting and a desire to make science more accessible, my blog is a blend of DIY projects, sustainable living tips, and simplified scientific content. I believe in breaking down complex topics like skincare and beauty product ingredients to help people make informed choices based on real science.
